That's what we hear a lot but it cannot be more untrue. Please don't wait to get started, just start training with us and within a couple of weeks you will already feel a lot better and stronger and have more energy.
We're going to be honest with you: this is not a quick fix! So no sixpack abs or a 300 kilo deadlift in 2 weeks. What you can expect is a community that supports you, fun workouts that are never the same and a healthier and better performing body within a few weeks/months. But you have to come to the workouts and do the work 💪
If you join our Fatloss Challenge where we work on training and optimizing your nutrition you will see great results in only 4 weeks. If you start training with us you will notice a big difference pretty quickly but of course it also depends on what you do outside the gym (read: what you eat, how much you sleep and how much stress you have).
No not at all! Just start with some good training shoes and your favorite training clothes. If after a few months you like it a lot and you want to keep doing it for the long term we can help you out with shoes and grips etc.
